Do i have to send college essays or does the counselor do that?

would it be good to put like a logo on it?

Follow the instructions given by the admissions department of the university. I wouldn't expect any kind of "logo" or letterhead because the essay is a personal essay from you; it isn't supposed to represent a business or anything.

Don't those usually go along with your application, which you send.
No, a logo will just get in the way.
