I don't know. Lust yes but that never lasts. Love? not sure. Sometimes from one side yes but not both that were the problem begins. When you love them and they don't love you.

Love hurts man!

At first sight it's infatuation. It can grow into love but no, can't happen first sight.

You can however stay infatuated with that person your whole life.

Lust is needed in any relationship. You have to want to be with that person in bed as well as in other aspcts of life.

Love is that moment you know you can't live without them. Not the moment you think you want to know more about them. You have to know them better than they know themselves to really love them.

Years later you can still be totally in aw of who they are though and that is still infatuation.

I met my wife while we were on a coach to Blackpool. We spent the next day together then she had to work so the rest of the week just hung about until she came off duty then I met her. It is our 51st wedding anniversary this Christmas. It was a holiday romance so I am not sure if it is going to last.

No. How can you truly love something or someone that you do not know? If you say there is true love at first sight, you are basing that off of emotions, which are quite unreliable. Love is emotional, but emotions are not the true test of it.

How could you love someone you have only laid eyes on. That would endear your physical senses, which would be lust, or attraction. Love is an emotional connection..so how could people connect with absolutley no interaction other then looking at each other? You may "love" what you see, but that whole theory is overplayed if you ask me.

Love is more of a choice, a commitment, than a magical thing that overtakes a couple. Feelings come along for the ride, but if those are "love" to you, then you're screwed.

No, but I do think it's possible to get giddy over someone just by looking at them, and then have it turn into real love over time, such that it seems like it was true love from the first moment.

no.....
i don't even know if i believe in love anymore....

i think too many people think love is lust and have lost the meaning of love and commitment.

our parents, and grandparents knew what love is.... but people today in their 20's and 30's too many of them are getting married and then divorced like it is no big deal.... like it is a common occurrence.... like love and marriage is something you pick up at walmart...... i think true love is lost in our society

I didn't before but I do now. We'll see in a couple years weather it is really lust.

So far I've lived it. 5 1/2 years ago my boyfriend walked into a room...I turned to my best friend and said OMG who is that?
I knew from that moment he was the one. I have every faith in the world we will be together forever! =)
