Well, there is something called OpenOffice.org, which is like Microsoft Office, but different.
Some things that it includes are:
A Presentation Program
A Word Processor
A Spreadsheet Program
I believe that there are more programs that are included as well.
You can download this for free at http://OpenOffice.org.
Another thing that you may want to check out is Google Documents. If you have a Google account, you can sign in and then you can create documents, including presentations.
