First of all, "hell" is not a difinitive place.

Your goal is to be accepted into heaven, which is a place yet to come. This is a place where you will reside with God, if you are found to be acceptable.

Just because you have sinned does not automatically exclude you from acceptance into heaven. Everybody sins from time to time, but if you have heard the Gospel, believed it, repented of your sins, confessed your belief that Jesus is the son of God, and been baptized into the church, then you are in an acceptable condition for admittance to heaven.

There is the possibility that you can renounce your admission, but that is difficult to do.

So, when the end time arrives, and Jesus comes back to earth to claim His people, if you are among those in acceptable condition, you will be removed from the earth, and placed in the "New Jerusalem" where a place has been prepared for you.

The earth, and all of its contents, will be destroyed by fire. Any people left, due to their rejection of God, will be left in a place entirely devoid of God. In essence, they get their wish, but it is bound to be unpleasant. That is "hell".

So much confusion; so little understanding with so many people.

The that covenant law was required of Israel. No others were a party to that covenant.

The law served to help show the people were under sin; servants of sin; slaves of sin.

What do you suppose the tree of the knowledge of good and evil represented? The law. Are you going to choose the law, whose fruit is death, or choose the tree of life? Do you know what the tree of life is? Do you know how you choose that "tree"?

Faith.

One person said you repent of your sins. This is not the Biblical definition. To repent is to turn completely to God; making God the center of your life.

If you truly repent of your sins with a contrite and humble heart and foreswear repeating those sins forgiveness will come. The key is to recognize the wrongs, repent, and do them no more. That is what Jesus told the harlot and it applies to us today.

the what if's. well, what if, you should die before you have time to repent? Its called the sin that cannot ever be forgiven, because (should you die) you will knowingly sin, presuming you can just repent later, you deny the holy spirit the mercy and forgiveness he desires to extend to us.
Now, if you dont die, (lets cross our fingers) you will have been given time for repentance. you will ;not go to hell. but I do not envy your position, and will say a pray for you.

no. If you commit a venial (small sin) then you will not go to hell. It is good to confess all your sins. But if you have a mortal sin (killing someone, committing adultery before you are married) then it may take a while to recieve forgiveness, even if you confess that. If you do not confess at all (i mean never) there is a huge chance to going to that dark scary place once ur dead. Keep praying and going to church! :)

Try reading the story of King David. He broke more than one of the ten, and is one of the great (arguably the greatest) people of the Bible.

if u repent and sincerely tell God & Jesus Christ that you promise that you will never do it again and tell them with all your heart that you are sorry, God and Jesus will forgive you and you will not go to hell. ...unless u do it again after promising that you wouldn't.

if you do not repent, and if you do not stop the behavior in question, according to Christian doctrine you are likely to be condemned to hell.

if you have repented(told God your sorry, ask for forgivness and will try to never do it again) God is faithful and just to forgive you...we should remember to forgive ourselves after Jesus sacrificed His life, went through the torture, pain, humiliation and suffering He went through and can forgive us.

Breaking any or all of the commandments does not result in "going to Hell".
