Well, it seems she didn't consider the fact that her dress wasn't going to fit with her new breasts... She should have it altered. You don't want your friend to end up on an email circulated with 'when wedding fashion goes wrong' looking all ghetto with everything hanging out. She can make it look classy even with an alteration. It is very simple. Take it to someone reputable.
