If a person get a lot of stares, for whatever reason, while they walk, is it ok to just wear a hat and slight look down as you walk. Is this the right thing to do if it makes this person comfortable.

So you want to wear a hat an look down a little while you stare at them, sounds like a stalker to me.

If that's what he/she wants to do. It's certainly not illegal. Just don't bump into anything. By the way, you're probably not getting as many stares as you think. Sometimes, when people are self-conscious, it feels like everyone is staring. Try to walk with pride and confidence. Hold your head high, and if someone looks your way, smile and keep walking.

never should you have to look down think more of the person or youreself no matter the reason keep youre head up and dont care what ppl are staring at or why just know youre a good person on the in side or they are.

Wouldn't you be better off finding out why they stare at you and changing it? It would save you the cost of a hat...

well, from personal experience I got rejected from a guy that obviously found it offensive to be looked at.
by wearing that hat and looking down more people are going to look at you because you look different as in you don't exactly fit in.

I would recomend not doing too much to stand out. Just fit in with the rest and you won't be noticed so much.

well you need to know if its a stare or they are checking you out nothing wrong with being checked out but stares are uncomfortable
