You went into the Army... why?
Did you think it was a party put on just for you? Did you think it was a free ride to get some of the best training in the world? Did you think it was a pleasure cruise where you could name your ports of call? Did you think it was merely a way to get your college tuition paid?
If you haven't the discipline, the self control, the commitment to do your job... the job you volunteered to do, pat your DI on the butt... and when he looks at you in that funny way... give him a big kiss. Or you might take a golf club and play a couple rounds on the mortar range. These probably won't help your career outside... but they'll almost certainly get out of the Army.
Otherwise, finish your enlistment. Good night, man. You should be able to do 4 years standing on your head.

Finish your term of service and dont re-up is the best way.
Other then that, there has to be some type of major change in your life, like you won the lottery or your family dies.
The other ways leave you handicaped, in legal trouble, or hard to get another job. The gay thing doesn't work anymore and will just get you into legal trouble again.
Basically, your an adult now. You made a choice, you have to meet your obligations. It doesn't matter if the Army or anything in the civilian world, as an adult you have to do what you agreeded to do or face the concequences.

I could be a smart *** and tell you to tell them the truth that ya can't read, and the manuals are too big and heavy to carry. But seriously...
If ya can't handle the Army, what makes ya think you can get, let alone 'handle' a 'good job'?
It sounds like you joined to get a better education, and for whatever reason, you can't or don't want to follow thru.
I feel for the people in your unit that are depending on you.
I feel for the families of those in your unit, who are depending on you to help keep them, and you safe.
I feel sad at the thought of the shame that must be inside you.
You really want out that badly then go and fess up to being the coward that you are making yourself out to be. Or does even that scare you?
People are depending on you. Give yourself some credit and give yourself a chance to really be the best that you can be.
Good luck.

I don't know for how long you signed up for, but I'd recommend you finish up your assignment during which you can look around for a job on the outside. There are plenty of ways you could get out now, but unless you want a less than honorable discharge I'd say they all are not worth it.

Why did you sign up in the first place?
Do your time & stop being a precious princess!
In my view, you sign up, then want out, that should tantamount to treason. The Government spend/spent a fortune clothing, training, feeding you & that's how you pay them back?
Join the Girl Guides...on second thought, DON'T, you probably couldn't take that either.

I like how you can't even phrase a question correctly. What makes you think you'll get a job offer, if you can't even write out a simple question?..And, be a man, as for every action, theres a consequence.

Unless your hurt your self bad enough to where you get a medical discharge then your best bet would be to just stay the course and get out when your enlistment is up.
I know it sucks now but trust me, you will fall in love with it. It sucked for me and for everyone their first while in the military. I was in for 8 years and was planning on staying for life. I had a contract all the way out till 2010 and was looking forward to re-enlisting again until I hurt my back and have 5 herniated disks. I was very upset when they kicked me out and I would give anything to be able to get back in.

You can pretend to be gay.
And judging from your question that wouldn't be too much of a stretch.
Anyway, do they tell you that nonesense that if you quit the army that it's gonna be hard to get a job? Absolute nonesense.

why should he have to feel guilty about doing this? in principle, isn't it ridiculous that we are such a power hungry nation, a power country civilization that is constantly entering wars that never solve anything and only our young men?
i think so.
