There's this woman that works nearby, and I asked her out a few times and she kept saying 'no, stay away from me'.
So, last week I'm asking another women out and the first women walks by, says to me in a sweet voice 'Hi Tony, you never called me' and pats me on the butt.
The second women says 'maybe later' and leaves.
Evil... pure evil

Be evil back.
Explain to the second woman that the first woman is a pre-op transsexual who just won't leave you alone, and then be sure to emphasize, "whatever you do, DON'T spread around about her being a trannie, okay? She has this running bet going with a few of her friends to see how long she can make everyone look like fools by making them think she's a real woman. You could see right through her right away though, huh? I knew you would be too smart for her! Like I said, keep it hush-hush..."
Then let events take their natural course...

Maybe you can try asking her out again by saying this...

She should love your confidence and attitude and she'll laugh to which is a plus! If she didnt agree well, she's just an evil little girl then lol

Start calling her . . . A LOT! (but not to the point of jail time)

She liked being the center of your attention and it pissed her off that you were giving another woman attention...
To get her, flirt with any girls around you when she is near and completly ignore her. She will come to you.

she being a *****, she was annoyed with you about asking her out more then once so she saw you trying to get with this other girl, and decided to **** it up...she probably laughed her *** off about it later...you can go back to her , say ha ha ha ..nice you ****** me up ..so we even i stopped asking u out and u can never pull that **** again..there's not too much u can really do ...you could try the same thing on her.

get a restriction saying that the 1st women cant be in eyesight of you, or you can just ask the 1st woman to back off (nicely)
