What are you talking about?

2008 years since what?

And who's dead?

You're not making any sense. Please clarify.

"But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day" ( 2 Peter 3:8 ) . The scripture goes on to say that the Lord is not slack in His coming, but He is not wanting any man to perish. That includes you! I love scripture because a person gets cocky and thinks they can shame God, but Scripture always has the answers. Sadly, you are not willing to look for them...and it will be to your own destruction because you do not. Oh, and if you can't interpret the scripture above, God has not been gone thousands of years. On His timetable, it hasn't even been 3 days yet. So understand, our concept of time is not God's.

It looks like he`ll be too late now anyway..

Some old scriptures do talk about a new prophet rising up in the middle east just before the end of the world as we know it. So he had better get a move on as well or he will be arriving too late..!!

Those who love us never leave us. (I think that's a paraphrase from Harry Potter, Prisoner of Azkaban)

I don't know how long. I can't pretend to know God's will for that. But, I will never give up hope. Because I know Jesus is alive through those who love Him.

Surely God works in even numbers, so I say the year 3000.

Call me a prophet and leave your contribution in the little box.

Who is dead I hope you don't think God is dead. God is more alive today than he has ever been.

The conventional dating is from Jesus' birth, not his death, so it's only been 1,975 years or so.
