Yep, but don't let the meat be too wet before you fry it or you risk lots of splatters or even a fire. Just marinate the meat, let the extra juices drip off, then bread it (if you are going to) and fry.

oh deffinetley. Actually, I think it is better if you do it before. My mother used to take a large bowl and fill it with whatever suace she was using and put the meat into the bowl, and then let it sit in the fridge over night, or all day. It was the best ever!

yes and you can use different things as marinades and if you soal it for awile it will flavor it and tenderize it at the same time
