I opened a ms publisher file that was attached to my yahoo mail. I made some changes to the file, pressing the "Save" button as I went along. I closed the file, only to realize that I did not know where the file saved to. Can anybody help me? Where did it go? Does Yahoo have it? It was a huge project for my job, which was due today.

When saving, you're given the opportunity to specify what folder you want it in. Usually, if you don't clarify, it will go to a temp folder.

The best way to find it is to go to your start menu, then choose "search", then "for files and folders". Click on "all files and folders" Enter the file name, and then hit the search button.

Once you have found it, save it again in a folder you'll remember for next time.
