do girls like to be asked out beefore a conversation?

theres a girl i want to go out with and i was wondering if it would be ok just to ask her out now, i havent had a conversation yet, but im pretty sure she likes me too.

Do something very smart.Have the conversation ( break the ice) and ask her for a date or something like that. Trust me. My idea works every time.
