Does anyone know how long pasta that says keep frozen might safely be keep in refrigerator not freezer? How long might it stay good in container not cool?

depends on if it contains meat or other proteans?
if it's just plain pasta {fresh} then up to a week is fine if sealed in either wrap or container, if its meat or has other fillings the only a few days & any food tyhat requires refridgeration when not kept coll should be consumed strait away and not kept otherwise you will get sic

Usually refrigerated pasta will say on the package, "Use or freeze within____days". Those days usually range from 3-5. I've never seen any brand with a fridge life longer than that.
It will not keep very long in a container if it's not cold. Anything that's intended to be refrigerated needs to be refrigerated at all times or you run the risk of spoilage. It might not last more than a few hours.

Fridge: about 5 days (will take 2 to thaw)
Not cool: about 5 hours.
