That was James, not Paul - and no, thats not legalism, thats fact. Unless you are willing to act on something, you don't really "believe" it.

nope. What Paul is saying is that you must put your faith into action or it is worthless. I can say "be warmed and filled" but if i don't give you things necessary to be warmed and filled...my words profit nothing..."as the body without the soul is dead...so faith without works is dead..abiding alone."

he was strict but we arent here to judge others...please stick to religion rather than personal doings...have you repented? thats what ppl should think about..
