I Have a sister-in-law that always tries to be little me.I mean I dont make lots of money but i have a nice home and car.Wonderful children.She is always braging about this human resouce job she has, suppose to make great money but she still lives at home with parents and is well over 30yrs. What to make of this?

She can only make you feel bad if you let her.
Next time she starts to brag - smile and genuinely be glad for her.
Gosh Joan - I'm really happy for you! That's fabulous - Wow I bet you really get a lot of enjoyment out of your job.
Oh Joan, that's a great purse (shoes, manicure whatever). You have such excellent taste in clothes.
Counter every jab she tries to make with a smile and a genuine sense of pride in her success.
The key is being genuine. Do it. No matter how obnoxious she is - be genuinely happy for her.
Not only will it kill all her evil joy in trying to make you look/feel small - it will make you look like the saint.
Nothing like smelling like a rose.

She is probably jealous of something you have that she does not. A husband, children and a home of your own perhaps.
