Is there an albertsons with a bakery in your area ? if so then they should be able to make one for you . I know publix did one last year for my grandson who was 3 . so I would check a local grocery store bakery in your area . good luck and god bless.

You can go to the bakery department at your supermarket.
Get a mould from the bulk-food or nearest Disney store.
Or make 3 round cakes, 1 large 2 small, put them together as face & ears, then decorate with icing.
Use a comic book picture for the right colours.

Get a dead mouse in your garage and put it on the cake.
Then, write a logo mickey mouse, and apply some designs.
You need to be creative this days.

if theres a DQ in the area i'd try there, or a baskin robbins, but if worst comes to worst, you could make your own:
bake two round cakes the same size to stack with frosting in the middle, saving a little batter to bake two smaller ones in custard cups (the small ones are the ears) then just frosten it, and decorate!!!
good luck!

There are bakeries that can transfer a photo onto a cake. You might want to look into this option.
