She's not saying "Demi Moore," she's saying "Gimme More." That's the title of the song, actually- Gimme More. It gets a little confusing when they add all the special effects to the songs.

you can tell that song is all about demi moore and strip tease. she probably just got through watching strip tease with one of her boyfriend and then decide to strip for him and have sex. just substitute gimme more for demi moore and watch the video and you can see.
