my wife joined bingosky and paid £10 with my credit card she won£40 tried to draw £30 winnings but cuodnt because it was my credit card not hers just because my iniatals d not m so they suspended her account and said they are going to put all money into charity just because she used my card with my permission notice here it did not stop em taking the money though so ?should they inform me which charity there putting it in amount £30 i recmmend anyone dont join s

As you have discovered, they are quite happy to take your money but will find any excuse not to pay out ..

It's your money, so you can waste it anyway you see fit (although to be honest I'm surprised they let you gamble on a Credit Card = I always though that was illegal in UK)

yes they should inform you of the charity donation
