I have frizzy hair too, but it is easily controlled.
Try a good conditioner. The best way is to go to a beauty supply store & ask away, but don't feel obligated to make any over the top, expensive purchases at least until you find a product you like that works. You can get less expensive products in drug stores & cheaper stores in general. You can get the info & shop elsewhere;-) Try combing the conditioner through your hair while in the shower with a plastic styling/blow drying brush or a large comb. You NEVER want to brush your hair with bristles if it is wet, not even boar bristle is good for wet hair as bristle can break the hair, making it frizzy. Try gels & creams to relax the hair. They are most often used for Afro-hair, but I've used them very sucessfully, just not the real heavy stuff. Frizzy hair is usually dry, but use how ever much conditioner and/or hair care product you need & don't use too much as it can cause awful build. You might want to keep the ends trimmed as well.
Good Luck!!!!

My wife has curly hair and she always gets frizzies, even though she doesn't use a blow dryer. The easiest and best thing she does is... after washing your hair, put in some conditioner and leave it in as your hair dries. This will help re-moisturize and calm the frizz down. You can rinse it out later (on your coffee break or at lunch) but it needs time to sit in your hair and work its magic...
How do you think people that have really long hair manage to keep it looking so good??

Yes....do u use flat iron? That helps calm the frizz....Here are some products that help with frizz and shine that I use:
Aquage--use with flat iron
Wella Color preserve shine wax
Can only get these in a salon-----around $14. each but the color preserve goes a long long way and smells fantastic--
you put it on after your hair dries (natural or blow dry) and it smooths out with fantastic shine---
this is our hair people! The cheap stuff does not work! Too many chemicals that end up leaving your hair brittle and frizzy
Pantene------please! That is like $3 bucks a bottle-----
Try biologe shampoo and conditioner--it may cost more...but actually dont have to use too much and goes a very long way......

Don't take a shower.
No I'm joking.
My hair does the exact same thing when I wash my hair and let it air dry in the morning. I found that If i shower at nighttime, the frizz is a LOT calmer in the morning, and I don't know why.
Another thing is to try a smoothing serum.. If you have oily hair this is NOT a good product to use, however, if you have dry hair like me, it works wonders.
Also I saw above tha someone said that straightening your hair is good for frizz... that's true- HOWEVER do not straighten it everyday-especially if you dyed it recently.. or you have curly or dry hair-- it kills it. I made that mistake and my hair is pretty dry now.
ANd if you are going to dry your hair make sure you use a product between your hair and the straightener.
hope that helped-
monica

Your hair is either lacking moisture or damaged. Hair dye can be very damaging and drying to your hair. I would suggest deep conditioning with a product that contains protein--Biolage or Nexxus is very good. Then, while you let your hair air dry, use an anit-frizz hair glosser. This will give your hair shine, lock in moisture, and fight the frizz.

you need to get a deep conditioner and leave it on for a few minutes after showering, water becomes very soft from a shower nozzle...so condition your hair then wash it off after 5 minutes, then dry with a warm dryer...you can also buy frizz control serum from any chemist or home and bargain store...

do you wear your hair naturally curly? Purchase a Sea Salt spray to help ease the frizz if so. Otherwise purchase a smoothing balm

Use a rich conditioner and there are many products out there for frizzy hair. If you dye it, it is probably a little damaged, I recommend the Dove line of intensive therapy conditioners and shampoos. It worked wonders on my hair.

try using none of your frizzness by herbal essences.
(shampoo and conditioner),
it might now help all of the frizziness, but it should calm it down some.
after that, blow dry it or let it air dry...
then try and straighten it.
this might help:p
also you might just want to look around like target or wal-mart or something:]
