Something he wouldnt expect..hmmm................. well this is hard because I dont know what he likes, how old your two are, and how far in the relationship you are. If I was you I wouldn't get him anything, I would just make it a night to remember. Cook him a romantic dinner full of his favorite foods and desserts, then go to a secluded spot (but somewhere romantic) Like the ocean or a beautiful park, relax and enjoy the sounds of the night with him star at the stars and just talk, next do something he would enjoy whether it be going to a football game, or sex lol. Spend the day with him and just make it a special day, if you want to get him a gift as well you could always go to one of those places that you can create your own cologne, make a special scent for him and then name it after him.

christmas is another time of year to spend with family and friends. but boyfriends they would like anything! maybe take him out to dinner where you first met and then go on from there, i've been with my boyfriend for 31/2 years and i still fight with him but for you at lease you found someone that really cares about you. maybe you want to get married of something. the best idea i can give you is get him something special you always wanted to get him.

It would help us to know his age, his hobbies, interests, etc. as well as how much you plan to spend.

If he's into sports, go to the online NFL store or his favorite college team store online and buy an authentic jersey, a team hoodie or warm-ups, coaching shirt, etc.

My husband loves this stuff!

Buy a team shirt for yourself, too. Then wear it on Christmas Day, and support his team when he watches the game on TV.

Put a $100 bill in a big box and wrap the box in newspaper, preferably The Wall Street Journal. If a girl did that for me, I would love it. It is much simpler than trying to buy gifts. With one exception, I always gave my girlfriends money. Everyone loves money!!!

Visit http://www.findgift.com and use the wizard. He's a guy, he's your boyfriend, insert his age and occasion (you can do Christmas, but if you want it to be romantic, try anniversary or something like that) ... you may not buy any of the gifts there, but they'll give you some fantastic ideas.

I'm in the same boat. I have no idea what he wants! And I don't want to get him stuff he needs... This is a crappy place to be.

A few stocking type stuffers I'm getting him...

A framed picture of us for his office. He has two pics of me just leaning against his computer now.

A candle thing in his favorite color (he just bought a house)

Some burned CDs of his favorite music for his long commute to work.

But as for the big gift, I have no clue either. Sounds like one of those years when I just have to find it and it will call to me.
