I am not much of a salad eater, but I LOVE this salad!

Olive Garden Salad Dressing

1-1/2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
1-1/2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons diced green olives
6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons buttermilk

Directions
Using wire whisk or food processor combine seasonings with vinegar and lemon juice then mix well.
Add sour cream and mayonnaise then mix to combine.
Add olives and cheeses then mix to combine.
Gradually add buttermilk until dressing reaches a thick consistency.

You can actually buy their salad in individual or party size. Or you could purchas bagged salad from your local grocery store, and then purchase the bottle of Olive Garden's dressing from The Olive for what I believe is $7. It's wonderful! Just add some fresh parmesan and it should be great!

Last time I was in an Olive Garden they had their dressing for sale, which I believe is something new and may not be at all Olive Gardens... but the dressing basically makes the whole salad.... so I would start there or use that recipe... and tweek it til you think you have it right.

There is an on line site called KopyKatz, go under goggle or something to find it. But they give you all the recipes just how they are used in the restaurants. I know because I actually found it because I wanted to make that salad to, and a lady at work suggested. it

Iceberg lettuce, tomatos, red onion, pepperoncinis, parmesan cheese and croutons. My salad dressing choice would be Kraft's Sundried Tomato, so good.

GO TO olivegarden.com and they tell you some of their recipes online and maybe that one is on there!!!!
