I believe they do, what do you think?

Absolutely. Ever had a pet? They have moods, they think, they figure things out, and they know how to love (something we humans need to re-discover).

I am sorry if all of you are so consumed with hatred that you cannot see the simple truth. There is no difference between you and a dog. Sure, you have a larger brain, but a dog has more brawn. They balance each other out, and to think you are better then any other living thing makes you the scum of this earth. We, as humans, need to learn to respect, care, and love everyone and everything.

If I'm correct, I think God created them before us. So that would make them in between the angels and us.
All animals have souls, but not just like ours. Your pets are your little guardian angels, the ones he lets you see. They are the pure essence of love, unconditionally, too. They will see you in heaven also when you cross over. So, I guess that make us number three in the pecking order.

My belief is that we are very selfish to think that only humans have souls. how do we know. Prove that humans have souls. Prove that animals do not. I like this poem:
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Yes, animals have souls.
Animals are JUST like humans.
Did you ever think about it? When they cry or meow, they have a certain one for what they want. And when they purr, they are trying to tell you something.

Humans are animals, so if you believe humans do, then you have to believe that other animals do too.
