LOL!!! Why did you only get two recipes besides mine? If you really are looking to pick up dates from bars, then Jack's answer would be the way to go! If not, here's my recipe:

These are pure heaven.

Here is the recipe:

Date Nut Bars
3 eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup chopped dates

Beat the eggs well. Add the sugar and beat until it is thick.
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix in well.
Add the chopped dates and nuts. Mix in well.
Pour batter into a well buttered 9x13" cake pan.
Bake at 350* F. for 20-25 minutes.
When it is done, pour 1/4 cup melted butter over the top of the hot bars.
Dust the top with powdered sugar.

The original recipe said to take the bars from the pan, dip them in melted butter, and then roll them in powdered sugar.
My way is a little better for you. :) You choose.

Cheesy Stuffed Lobster (6 ounce) raw lobster tails, shelled 2 cups crushed buttery round crackers 1/2 cup chopped cooked shrimp 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of shrimp soup 1 cup milk 8 ounces processed cheese food, cubed Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). In a medium bowl, combine the crackers and shrimp. Stir in the melted butter to form a stuffing. Spread on top of the lobster tails and roll from one end of the tail to the other. If the tails are too thick, slice them in half horizontally to make them thinner. Secure the rolls with toothpicks and place in a greased 8 inch square baking dish. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream of shrimp soup, milk and cheese. Cook and stir until cheese has melted. Pour over the stuffed lobster tails. Top with any stuffing mixture that you may have left over. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until sauce is hot and lobster meat is opaque.

Yes:

Go to a bar wearing something tight that shows you are up for business, get drunk, but always act drunker than you really are. That way, you can always blame the liquor for waking up next to some stranger in a cheap motel.

That's Jack's recipe for getting a date at a bar. Why is this question in Cooking & Recipes....?
