Eye - Eather
Nose - Air
Ear - water
Tongue - Earth
Skin - Fire

According to one early greek philosopher , named Anaximander , the gods as invisible individuals did not exist ; but they existed in the concrete form of earth , the sea , and sky.According to Anaximenes ,an associate of anaximander , th eunderlying natue of things is one and infinite and he called it air .which according to him differs in thinness and thickness in differnet things . when dialated , according to him , it becomes fire; when compressed ,, it becomes wind ,and then cloud , when compressed further , it becomes water , then earth and then stone . so he fekt that all thinbgs arose from one and one finite thing that was air .thismakes us think that he had somehow came closer to the elements in the prediodic table that shows how the elements cnage from one to another with the addition of electrons and protons which ae one and the same but assume diferent forms and shapes and qualities with the increase in thier counts alone .these philosophers wer eof he period raning from BCE 400 to 300.but long before that the hindu scriptures and particularly the Bhavad -Gita tell us that essentially all things are one and the same ands scientifically also it is proved that the basis components of all elements are one and the same ony.
The sensory organs matched with the so-called elements correspond to the nature and function of the organs .We small through th enose , we feel heat and cold through the sense of touch corespondig to the skin, We food with the tongue the food which are prodced by the earth,
Water which ois cold affect our ear and we feel the cold in the ear too.We see the sky which corresponds ot eatheer with the eye .the sesory organs and the elements can be matched like this I think.

The first column matches itself as they are all body parts, the second column is "elements" from when man had very little knowledge about the universe.

I believe the term you are looking for is 'pseudo,' as in it only makes sense if you want it to make sense.
