What can be improved at your workplace?

I have writers-block and i must complete a YEAR END EVALUATION QUESTIONNAIRE!!!!! ahhhhh

Communication the the biggest problem at our place. Everybody including myself see it's nonexistence in everything we do.....some of it is basic, simple and common courteous
banter that management does not do....and then it's also major problem-solving, formal meetings, postings and changes in procedures that do not get communicated properly...

1. A proper and working chain of command. 2. A strict policy for gossip.

I just moved my work place home, but when I was at the preschool with all the other teachers it was a riot. An upscale preschool, so an upscale riot. (hair flips and all) These teachers were so into their position in the school and with each other it was hilarious as long as you weren't involved. But I also saw some ladies get really hurt by one another and lose their original vision for the kids. Very sad. -Especially when leadership doesn't properly step in and handle the situation.

Write about the physical environment of the workplace or the cultural aspects of your workplace. For instance: I think that teams would be more productive with more open communication channels in the form of establishing an company internal forum.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE at my job. There are a lot of promises that are being made here that never fall threw so that sucks especially whne its on your "promised raise" or "bonus". Team work would be nice too, nobody wants to help each other its horrible.

Phone system needs upgrading- it stinks
Fewer chiefs, More indians- everyone wants to delegate, no one wants to help
People need to clean up the lunchroom when they're done
