Where to find draperies?

Any ideas on where I might find some high quality draperies for inexpensive price. I hired a decorator in the past that helped me pick fabrics and had the drapes made. I'm on a MUCH stricter budget now. I am open to trying to make my own drapery panels & roman shades. I just need to know where did she find the good fabrics.

If you are in the States, there are many fabric stores but the two most known are Joann Fabrics and Calico Corners.

Look on eBay. They always have tons of drapes.
