I know that some people are allergic to the ink that tattooists use. When the ink gets into their blood stream they have an allergic reaction.

Yes If the person who tattoes u and keeps using the same needle without disinfecting it It Could Poison Ur Blood But U wont Die From It U cAn Take Antibiodiks

if tattoos poisoned the blood then wouldn't there be a lot of sick people out there? every time someone got tattooed they would be very sick which obviously doesn't happen because it seems like tattoo parlors wouldn't be legal if they knowingly poisoned people.
not every negative thing you hear is true.

Not gonna happen if you go to an experienced tattoo artist in a sterile environment that you know runs a clean business. Dirty shops, dirty needles, or an inexperienced tat artist that goes too deep are all potential hazards. If you are allergic to ink, you could get sick from that too...but I am sure that's not too common.

Yes you can get poison by a needle if they don't clean it good
