I have the two bottom out, but, which is worse? Getting the top ones out, or the bottom? Im scared because I got dry socket when I got my bottom ones out, and it seems like the top will be worse. (you cant see the hole to clean it out and what not)....any advice? Im really really scared...

They all hurt, if possible get both pulled at once so you dont have to go back. If you got a dry socket the first time you did something you shouldnt have done. No straws ! Just keep your moulth clean , brush at night and drink lots of water. Take the pain killers and just sleep it off.

its ok right know i have a absess and im getting a bottom toth pulled today and it JUST started to come up im getting scared too but would you rather stay with a dead tooth hanging of your
mouth or get it over with the part that hurts only 4% is the novicane you can do it

You'll be fine- I had all four removed at one time - it was done on a Saturday morning - spent the weekend on "happy, sleepy" pills - was back to work on Monday - 2 of them were impacted and two were coming in sideways - so one at a time seems like a piece of cake.

They are the same, the doctor can see, don't worry. Relax, they will knock you out and it will be all over shortly and then you will never need to have wisdom teeth out again.

i had all four of mine done at the same time.
it's harder to clean the top holes when they give you the syringe thing because you can't see where the holes are.
