1. no i do not count on the child support to live on. but it sure helps, but having $300 taken away would sure hurt.
2. yes the support come out of his check and is sent though the child support office.
3. i have no plans on raising the support at this time, how ever when is joined the military it did go up a little even though i didn't ask nor did we go to court. it might have been for back support though because he hadn't paid in 5 months before that

That all depends on how the child support is given to you.
It should be taken out of his pay and sent to the child support administration office and from there sent to you. This is the best way for both you and him.
However, if you have an arrangement with him to get money directly from him, then it will continue to depend on him to send the money to you.
It is possible for him to set up an allotment for the money to be sent directly to your account. This is a good choice, but again it will mean depending on him to make sure that it gets done. If he does the allotment then it will come out every month on the first of the month, and will continue until he ends it.
Your child support amount will not change unless you request a review of the child support amount. Personally, I suggest that you do not do this as it will cause problems for everyone, and undue stress on him during his deployment.
I hope this helps.

This really is something you need to talk to him about. If you had a child with him you should at least be able to ask him about this.
IF he has an allotment from his LES to pay his child support nothing with change at all unless he does something on his own to change the allotment.
IF he pays you by check or with cash or something you will probably have a big problem since the mail is usually very slow for military personnel overseas.
GO TALK TO HIS AND ASK. Tell him how critical it is that the support payments be on time and for the amount he is currently paying. That is the only way you will know how things are going to be. IF he doesn't have an allotment ask him to set one up for you. That way you will know you will always be paid when he gets paid.

Child support is usually put into an account that the state pays you out of. You shouldn't have any problems though and it may actually increase if his pay for being on active duty is higher than when he's home. Also, if your son's father is in the National Guard or a Reservist, your son, and I believe you because you are providing care to him, are eligible for services (just about anything you might need help with) through the military. You can contact his father's unit for more information or if you send me a message I'll look up the website for you.

I would hope that you don't count on child support to live on. However, your sons father should still provide you child support to make things easier you should have some type of direct deposit set up so that you don't have to worry about weither or not he is going to write a check or something.
Sorry if I insulted you. When I said that I hope you don't depend on his check to live on all I was saying what that I hope you don't count on him. It was nothing diragatory to you. But yes, if the money goes to the state and is then sent to you then you def have nothing to worry about. Weither or not child support goes up or not I wouldn't know. I don't think it does as the extra money he is going to be getting being deployed is like a bonus and they don't base child support of a persons bonus.

Your child will still get his support even if his father is deployed. Now I suggest you stop worrying about money and concentrate on what is important. Your son's father is going to a combat zone. He could be injured or killed. Does that matter to you at all? Even if it doesn't you need to find a way for your son to spend some time w/ him before he goes.

Does he pay you or do you have a court order that takes it out of his pay? Most guys have an allotment for child support, so nothing should change on your end. If he's paying you with a check every month, you might want to let him know that you'd prefer an allotment to a bank account.

if it is set up as an automatic allotment or payment via his bank, nothing will change.
the rate will NOT change unless you go to court and ask for it to do so, HOWEVER I caution against that. even though he will be technically bringing in more money, it is NOT pay, which does not have to be counted in many cases for income. and as soon as the deployment ends, those allowances go away, so he could easily have it reduced when he returns.

touch the unit commander, his help could be coming on your baby interior this type of an allotment examine each and each month. no remember if this is larger quickly on a similar time as foreign places i do no longer understand. except the courtroom order adjusts while he gets a upward thrust of pay, yet considering the fact that this is non everlasting it ought to no longer take place.

Child support is mandated by state-law and should not change regardless of whether the soldier is deployed or at homestation.
