False. All men and women have free will. You can either believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for you sins or you can reject what He done on the cross for you. "it is always whosoever" Romans 10:11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. Romans 10: 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
