My dear friend,
You asked me a few days ago to become your contact, which I accepted. Since then, you have posted a good deal and while I don't know you at all, I see in you a person with a lot of curiosity.
Myself, I am a 60 years old grand-father who has done a lot and still hope to do more in his life. I have sailed alone across Europe, flew my ultralight aircraft over several countries and use the internet as much as I can because there is so much to learn.
I think you are much younger than me and you have in you everything that is needed to have a glorious and rich life. If you want to learn about physics on your own, you can. Of course, you can! Go ahead and make me proud of you!

The great French author (and pilot!) Antoine de Saint Exupéry wrote: "It is better to have tried and failed instead of wanting to without daring." (my poor translation, sorry, it sounds better in French).
And if you want to read the greatest book on earth, read Saint Exupéry's "The Little Prince." It's a children's book, very little, very cheap; something like US$ 10 on amazon.com but it contains all the life's philosophy: The important is invisible to the eyes, it is what you do for those you care for that makes them unique.

HI. Nope. I did. (You mean LEARN and UNDERSTAND, right? Not just memorize formulas.)
