Make the kool-aid the way the instructions say on the package. Pour the liquid into dixie cups and allow to freeze for 30 minutes. Then put a Popsicle stick in the center of each and allow to freeze until they are solid. They slide right out of the dixie cups.

Make the kool aid in a container (follow the drink directions) then pour into popsicle stick freezer molds. Serve once frozen.

When I was a kid, the recipe we used was
Mix up the kool aid like normal
Use 1 box of jello in the same or complimenting flavor, dissole it in 1 cup of boiling water and add to the kool aid - then pour into desired moulds and freeze.

If your sticks don't want to stand, put a layer of plastic wrap over whichever container you've chosen to freeze them in. Use a sharp knife to put a little slit in the centre of the plastic over each portion and put the stick in through it.
