James 4:17, Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin. I think the key here is the word sin, a child of three knows you don't want it to do something but they don't understand the consequences of their actions. I was saved when I was 8 years old, I have seen some obviously get saved alot younger than that. I think for every person it is different. God is the judge.

I dont think there is one . Children were told to obey thier parents , but never realy gives an age it also states that if we had faith as little children etc . I belive it was the catholic church that come up with an age thing for communion and confirmation . So I would say when children understand right from wrong and learn there is a consequences for actions would be around 4or 5 for somethings and about 8/10 for others .There used to be a saying the first word children learn is no.

The term is not found in the Bible. But I just found 137 hits on Wordsearch for the term.
Dt. 1:39, 7:12, Ex. 12:7, Lev. 12:1 are just a few verses from which this principle is deduced.
Its like the trinity. The term is not found in scripture-but it certainly is implied. As is rapture.

There is no set age.
But sooner or later All MEN must make a decision, eithe to follow Christ, or reject Him, as we see here:
Matthew 12:30 (New International Version)
30"He who is not with me is against me, and he who does not gather with me scatters.
The age of accountability, is when a person is capable of making the choice for themselves.
NO ONE can make it for them.

Jesus said, "If you were blind, you would not be guilty of sin; but now that you claim you can see, your guilt remains" John 9:41
