I've already gotten clawed up bad, put it in her food and she ate around it, If I desolve it in a little water then add it to her food she'll have to eat it or starve. Unless I can crush it also?

Cats have better smell than dogs... too bad we can't train them like our dogs! They will the antibiotic & won't eat it... antibiotics are the very same kind you get as a kid.... it tastes awful but in order to get better it must have them... get ready to get messy & get the Vet. tech to show you an easier way of administering it...

Anti-biotics usually have a bad taste. She may not drink the water so it would be a waste. They should go down whole . Wrap her up in a towel and gently pry her mouth open. Have someone put the pill in the back of her throat...put some butter on the pill. Hold the cats mouth closed until she swallows. Good luck and wear long sleeves and gloves.

I wouldn't. go to the vet's office and get one of those pill shooters. It makes giving cats pills so much easier and their not expensive. Under 5 bucks, I think. Hope this helps you.

Cats are such finicky eaters they probably wouldn't eat the food anyway. that would taste nasty!

No, they have to go in as pills to be used in the right dose.

Use a towel to wrap her up tight and tip the head way back to drop it down. Do it fast so you don't have to try over and over. Quicker is better.
