I checked with a California Firearms Distributor and they advised that this firearm is NOT transferable in California, even though they are Pre-Ban....The State of California will not "Grandfather" them even though they are Pre-ban....Sorry

You cannot legally *import* the firearm. You can purchase it and store it in another state, if it's a personal transfer. A dealer is not allowed to sell it to you.

You are not allowed to bring it into the state.

Cripes. That's the People's Republic of Kalifornia for you. Here's your better option: move to another state, before the rest of us get our wish and that place falls into the ocean.
