Painting the raods white would help to a small extent. We need to make use of solar and wind power. The hydrogen fuel cell is not very practical because it requires hydrogen which need to be extracted from water though a process of electrolisis which requires more electrical energy than a fuel cell can produce... Also harnessing solar power would reduce global tempurates by absorbing radiation. To put an end to this we need to also stop relying upon fossil fuels, produce products without CFC's, and plant as many trees as we can to try to reverse the effects we have caused.

hydrogen. it burns and makes for example an engine turn the drive shaft but instead of polluting the air it makes h2o yep
water. Use solar, wind, water and tidal(tides come up and turn generators).
