I've never used cottage cheese, but I would think it could work as long as the sauce is awesome and nice toppiongs are used.
For someone who thought that was a joke and gross, cottage cheese is OFTEN used as a lower fat replacement for ricotta cheese in many recipes. I understand it works very well, but haven't tried it.

Never tried it but... I like Pizza and I like cottage cheese, sounds like a delicious idea. I'm going to try it!

I am assuming you mean ON the pizza and not a side dish.
Sounds fine to me. I use cottage cheese when layering my homeade lasagna. It would work for pizza as well, I would think.

No...too many 'curds' in that stuff. Ouch, it hurts just thinking about it.
Though, many people living the healthy life do substitute cottage cheese for other cheeses, such as Ricotta, in their Italian dishes.
