I need to work out what the percentage is for overtime

You need to define overtime hours are they : 1.25 rate,1.5 1,75 or 2 (double rate)The effect of this would reveal a different figure in your overtime stats

Add the numbers together. Then divide the overtime hours by the total hours to get the percent. If you get something near 9% you are correct.
