Not sure about the Minolta but the Cannon lens will not fit on the Nikon. The pins that go into the base of the camera are different and will not interchange. Kinda blows in a way because you pay so much for the lenses it would be nice to be able to change camera models.

Not likely. If you have Minolta lens check out the Sony line. Sony bought Minolta. I have many old Minolta lenses and got a Sony Alpha and all my lenses work perfectly with it. Great camera.

Nope, not unless you could change the lens mount. Certain manual focus lenses used a system called the Tamron Adaptall system, allowing 1 lens to be used on multiple camera brands. However, in today's autofocus world, lenses aren't so easily interchangeable. It's easier just to buy the lens with the right mount.

If you can find the adapter, yes. It may be for the older Minolta MC/MD manual focus lenses to Nikon body though. Even if you can find an adapter for Minolta Maxxum AF lenses to Nikon body the lens will be manual focus and you'll have to use stop-down metering just as you will with the MC/MD lenses.
