Prasadam. Prasadam is food prepared and offered to God. It is vegetarian and made in the consciousness for the pleasure of God. Then we take the remnants. Some question how did God eat it is still on the plate? And the answer is God is full within Himself He eats with his eyes or any other part of His Being. He accepts the love and devotion offered to Him. But believe me He likes to eat all kinds of wonderful preparations. His favorite food is butter and yogurt and sweets. There is a whole prayer in the Vedas that explain what He loves to eat. When one eats Krishna Prasad they become purified. Krishna even accepts one eating the Prasad as service to Him. If someone eats one time one morsel of Prasad they then are guaranteed at least a human birth in their next life. Animals, bugs too. If they didn't eat it they would most likely have to be an animal in their next life due to eating so many animals in this life. (Karma.) Lord Krishna says in Gita that unless one offers there food to Him they eat verily only sin. (Karma) Prasadam distribution is so important. IT is one of my favorite services.

I have already answered what the soul is all about.
Food is necessary for them who live.
Human food was seeds, which also been cultivated to multiply.
Now he has been made non vegetarian.
The thing which is been cultivated must be the food.
First of all soul need come in to existence, then the food, and what it is.

Spiritual energy of the type that one would find in a church or in nature. Ussually a church, if it is the right match for you is a very good source, even if you don't agree with every belief. A church does not need to be perfect in order to work. Nothing in life is perfect, but things work to various degrees. Positive inspiration and spiritual energy is important to our wellbeing. If you are good at meditation/prayer, you can transform negative energy to positive, and help feed others as well as your self.

Since the bible says the soul and the body are one and the same, "food for the soul" would be anything nourishing.

Peace be upon you
The body die and spirit never dies and goes back to the God.
During sleep ,it partially be free from the body and go to the world of spirits to accept from it what will enable it to charge the body.
Praying is refining of the spirit from the body as the mirror you remove the dust above it.
The man is higher than himself by his mind and higher than his mind by his spirit.
through the side of the self ,he communicates with his motivations and needs, and through the side of the spirit he communicate with the secret of permenant presence.
The spirit is unknown power hidden from the perception but its results are not unknown or hidden from perception.
They says ,it moves inside the body as water move inside flowers and heat inside the coal.
