Clear liquids including, jello, popsicles, water, soup broth, ginger ale, sprite. Make sure you comsume lots of liquids. By throwing up all your liquids you become dehydrated adn without good fluid-- your temp will have a hard time coming down. Think of a car that has no water in the radiator, what happens....it overheats. SAme thing with our bodies so no solid food, just liquids that are clear (not OJ, and especially no milk products). Once you go 12 hours with out vomiting, then progress to maybe some saltine crackers, toast.....and go from there. Please, make sure you get some fluids back in you. Feel better, my best to you!!

it sounds to me like you have a bad case of food poisoning. It's ironic as I just had the same symptoms yest! I went to the emergency section of the hospital and they said my blood pressure was very low and my pulse was very high. they put me on IV fluid and some injections and I am feeling back to normal today. no more vomiting. Special food is not enough. You need a doctor!

I work in a pediatricians office so that's an easy one. The BRAT diet. Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast. Keep your fluids limited also, try ginger ale at room temperature, too. Good Luck

Try some plain pasta, like small macaroni with a little bit of cheese. Or some plain rice.

Boiled fruits like apple, pear. Eat slowly and not much. Also, small amount of water.
