mistake as before and kill him ? Will he arrive in the US (I expect most fundamentalists hope he will) ? Will he be political ? Will people believe his truly the son of God making a comeback ? Will he become a celebrity, of man's making ?

I'm serious by the way when I ask this before you start chastising me for blasphemy.

Thank you for your respect when answering. I wish all Christians on here had the same humility to answer like that.

No, I won't chastise you for blasthemy - Jesus and me can take pretty much anything - and I'll take this as an honest question.

You're way out - as a politician, celebrity, guru - that's how the antichrist will come, not Jesus the Messiah. Here are Jesus' own words, telling you not to look to any man on earth as the Messiah that should come:

- Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not (Mat. 24:23)
- Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not (Mat. 24:26)

If you want to know how Jesus will return, you have to go to the Bible - there's no other place. Why bother figuring it out, don't even try - you'll get it wrong. See what a mess the unbelievers are making of this for an answer?

Firstly, he will return, because he has promised. Here are a few refences to his return and the circumstances :

He will come in glory :

'When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him (Mt 25:31)

'And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory (Lu 21:27)

He will return to Jerusalem, to the Mount of Olives on the east, in like manner as he went:

'Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven (Acts 1:11) Also see Zech. 14:3-4.

He will come at the height of the battle of Armageddon:

'And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse, and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he does judge and make war (Rev. 16:16, 19:11)

Every eye shall see him:

Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him (Rev. 1:7).

There will be no mistaking him, for he will be visible to the whole world:

For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day (Lk 17:24).

Jesus is coming on the clouds of glory. He will burst the eastern skies wide open. He will be coming to take all of God's children home. He won't be political nor will he be a celebrity. His coming will be in the twinkling of an eye. There will be many that will tell you Christ is already come and gone, but it hasn't happened yet. He doesn't even know when it will be. The only way he will know is when God tells him to go gather his children home. Not even the angels in heaven know when this will be. But when it does happen, when we get to heaven we will be able to sing a song that the angels can't. That song is "Redeemed."

How do you know that he's not already here?

On previous form :

1. He will go to an area where he needs to convert people, not where he is already accepted - so not the USA, more like the Middle East again

2. He'll probably be branded a dangerous nutcase by the ruling party (as he was by the Romans)

3. He couldn't help but be political - that's how the world works

4. A celebrity? Unlikely if nobody realises who he is.

Would you trust someone who said they were the Messiah or the Son of God? Or would you be a "Doubting Thomas" and ask for proof? This is the problem is it not?

Jesus is here! Always has and always will be - but only His disciples can communicate with him.

The mind is darkened in obscurity (the 'clouds' of 'heaven') and it is the work of the disciples of Jesus to help others awaken to 'Jesus' (God in You).

Jesus can only 'come' to those that are asleep. To those that are awake He is always here:

Mt 28:20 "Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, [even] unto the end of the world. Amen."

The sign that someone is a disciple of Christ is that they know Jesus and work to help others to awaken.

Jn 13:33 "Little children, yet a little while I am with you. Ye shall seek me: and as I said unto the Jews, Whither I go, ye cannot come; so now I say to you..."

Those that fall asleep (poisoned by the selfish ego) can not follow Jesus or teach as He teaches because of the ignorance than blankets the mind.

"Awake thou that sleepest and let the Light of Christ shine from within thee"

When a 'believer' kindles the Fire of God in their hearts, then Jesus has come to them. This is the second coming and there is none other.

The teachings of Jesus restore peace by creating understanding where there is none.

When people understand their own true nature and are freed from the blindness and selfishness of the selfish ego, they stop killing on another, raping, taxing and going to war.

All these things happen because people are slaves to selfishness, which has blinded them.

There will be no mistaking who he is when he returns. He will not be in a human body that can be killed, nor will he be caught up in politics or celebrity. He will not walk in harmony with the world, but rather the world will be forced to comply with His agenda. The first time he came as a lamb, the next time he will be like a lion. It's all in the Bible --- read it for yourself.

When JEsus comes the second time there will be no question that it is Him. He will come down from heaven and everyone will see His descent. He will rule the earth for 1,000 years from Jerusalem, so I guess you could say He will be political. He will come as a warrior on a white steed. But, that is only if you take the Bible (and Revelations) literally, which I obviously do.

If the POPE cuts his head off and he doesn't die, the WORLD will know that he is the true Messiah - And not just a MAN claiming to be the Messiah

We'll all know who He is when He returns. The Bible says that the whole world will see Him.

And no, I don't think it'll be possible to kill Him or harm Him. Remember, He was only crucified because He LET them crucify Him.

It won't go down like that at all. He will return in all his power and glory. He did that whole "take my word for it" route before and in the return, he just comes in and takes command. No real objections possible, they say. Kind of like some alien take-over with unlimited power - no one is going to be shooting at him, none of that junk. He can make every gun on the planet disappear and so he does not need to bother with any of that scene. It is supposed to be a shock and awe event, big-time. No one will miss it - there will be no mortal equivalent.

The Bible gives us some information regarding the last days. The Holy Spirit will be removed allowing Satan to take his place. There must be a falling away first, then the man of sin will be revealed…he will call himself God...

Any man who sets up an earthly kingdom …and says he is God …is the anti-Christ. The Bible is very clear that Satan will do this before Jesus returns…

Luke 17:20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he (Jesus) answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you 22And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it. 23And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them

The Kingdom of God is within those who accept Jesus and are sealed by the Holy Spirit…these are those who have accepted the free gift of salvation…this will not always be free.

The Book of Daniel sets up what the Satan’s Kingdom looks like. Daniel Chapters 10, 11 and 12 describe kingdoms and the one to come. Satan will enter peaceably, he will be like a celebrity, people will think he’s great. I’m sure he will do many great works.

We are reminded Satan himself can come as a light.

2 Corinthians 11:14
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

2 Thessalonians 2 3Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 5Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? 6And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 7For the mystery of iniquity doth already work:

only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

>>>Here… only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out to the way….As long as the Holy Spirit is with the believers…Satan is restrained.

Jesus left the earth in a cloud and we he returns in the clouds

Acts 1:7 And he (Jesus) said unto them, It is not for you to know the times (plural) or the seasons, (plural) which the Father hath put in his own power. 8But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. 9And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. 10And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; 11Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven,

shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into
heaven.

Mark 13:26
And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

The Bible is the written Word of God…Jesus was the Word made flesh. It is only written once that he should die for our sins. When Jesus returns to earth it will be with great power and glory. Everyone will know who he is. This event is a world wide event…His return should be where he departed from… Middle East. Jesus is not a “celebrity” he is God. He won’t be making a come back…he’ll be cleaning house.

2 Thessalonians 2:8
And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

When Jesus comes back he will set up a Kingdom, New Jerusalem…

Daniel 2 44And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

Hope this helped some.
