There is a lot of truth in your statement, But you left out the true worship, which is to worship God in Spirit & in Truth.

If worship is simply a method of placing something higher than yourself so that we can accept the finiteness of our meager existences as the only method of justifiying our lives enough that we can live them withour feeling that life is a futile exercise in a ceaseless entropic spiral that some call fate, then yes we do. Without, we only see what we don't have rather than what we do have.
I personally worship the female form.
So frail be the doorway to enlightment, and breaking the door unleashes not not the light behind the door, just the darkness that broke it..

"do all u humans" does what mean that I can assume that you are not human?
I think everyone needs some focus in life, be it god, work, family, money, food, sex. What else are we to do with our life if we don't have something that we enjoy? Worship is a strong term but yes, I would like to think that I worship my family and the time we spend together. If it wasn't for that I would never leave my addiction called work.

Worship? No. There are many human inspirations like EInstein, Aristotle, Plato, Galileo, Newton, etc. But no one worships them. Only a weak mind worships, that's why it's easy to get children to believe in the tooth fairy, santa claus, and the easter bunny. As their mind grows stronger, they release themselves from that. But most adults are fearful to admit what they already know....there is no god.

Yeah, there is truth there. But we mean well.
Can I ask u something? You ARE a human, right? And if not, how'd u get a computor? Oh, and r u wearing cloaks like zombies, or rags like wherewolves? Or do u wear space age, metalic suits, like the aliens in movies? Something I always wanted to know.

Absolutely not. There are three genes that contribute towards a propensity to being spiritually inclined, but those are not very prevalent. Most of us do not need to worship anything.

No truth in that whatsoever. Unless you bend the definition of 'worship' to mean a load of different stuff, i.e.
desire
obssess
crave
fixate
admire
fight for
value
etc...

You imply that worship simply means to hold an object/idea above all others. That's not the defnition I use, but hey, whatever floats your boat.
Really, all that means is that people have different priorities.

Of course, it's economics, we worship something, we buy something that deals with it. Sex=prostitutes and sex toys, Freedom=Random bumper stickers with incoherent slogans about it
