I think that a lemon is really sour but if I had to rate it it would be a 8. What about you ?

I'l agree but I'll give the Acid cetric lemon you know (like a salt) but sour 10/10

I guess a 8 or 9. There are some things more sour than lemons.
Limes, for example.
And definitely cranberries...that's a 10 right there.

I have a Meyer Lemon tree and it is a sweeter Lemon, I'd say a 7.
Store bought Lemons definately a 10 plus.
Now my Uncle picks the lemons off the tree and eats um..any kind...and it just gives me the willys watching him...
