my son has been using pine tar soap for a lil over a month now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks.

What has helped me is washing my face with a non oily soap and then applying toothpaste (Colgate, Crest). You will feel a tingling sensation which is great because it is working. To me this is better than the other products out there. This is an old home remedy. Good Luck!

Toothpaste believe it or not. Grab some pasty tooth paste like the kind with baking soda and it should dry up and go away. Sleep with it on over night. Your face will smell minty fresh but its worth it.

what i do is that when i take a shower i use the soap to wash my face. Days go by face is clear I was so excited my grandma was so glad
