Simply put, "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you" (Mat 6:33).
Those who are God - controlled from within, by the Spirit of Christ that is and a Godly conscience, need not be controlled from without.
If all the world obeyed the moral laws of God, as applied under the New Testament, then the police and social services departments would have no business.
If the God of the Bible were our true God, rather than created things that fail us, then we would find security and strength, and be lusting for things, which leads to harmful selfish actions. And then we would seek to love as God loved, and Christ demonstrated, sacrificially giving of ourselves to help others, and wisely so in accordance with God's word, rather than vain philosophies (whatever fells good), or the dangerous objectively baseless moral authority of atheism.

I am tempted to say something about not answering stupid questions ... but assuming it is a serious question then every member of a faith community should try and live according to that faith. For me that means to live in the way that I think our Lord would have me live.
I believe that St Francis once said to his followers that they should go and preach the gospel - and use words if they had to do so. Living your faith is the best, most effective way of attracting others to it.
I also believe that the world would be a better place if everyone had a faith.

Jesus said that he came not to bring peace but division, which means in order to stand for truth you will be persecuted, Now what can Atheists to for peace & to better themsevles around them?
