Mac OSX 10.5 Leopard Docks?

Hey, I just bought a MacBook with leopard and I was wondering how i can change the names of items on the dock and also their icon maybe? Thanks

To change the names of the items in the dock, you have to change the application names themselves. I do not recommend doing that, because it may render that particular application unusable. To rename files on the dock however, click on it, and click the show in finder button. On the finder, select the file you want to rename and press enter. Then you can rename it however you please.
