If you look at the picture by Leonardo and his assistance titled St John also called Bacchus, you will see it also looks very feminine and not unlike the Mona Lisa. I think it was a face he was comfortable painting.
If you look close at Michelangelo's paintings, his women all look very masculine. My theory is he used young men to pose for portraits.

I think some of them may be, but people do always want to see more in a thing than is really there. Read a good book on Leonardo if you are interested. They include the book "Leonardo: The Artist and Non-Artist" by Cecil Gould. (retired Deputy Director of National Gallery, London)

Considering the level of his genius I have to believe everything Da Vinci did was intentional.

i dont care what the experts say , that is a woman sitting at the last supper
