Please ignore those two previous replies.

You DO NOT need a visa or a work permit. You can move to Ireland forever, and you never need a visa or work permit (same as for any EU country)

All you need to do is get on a plane and come over, find a job, and start work. Enjoy yourself.

Citizens of the Netherlands do NOT need an Irish visa for a stay of up to 90 days.
if you are planning to stay longer then apply for visa

You need a residency permit, a sort of verblijfsvergunning. Mijn man is Nederlander, hij is bij de politie in het stadje gegaan om zich te vermelden, hij moest kunnen bewijzen dat hij genoeg inkomen had om daar te wonen totdat hij een baan kreeg.

Nederlandstalige mensen zijn vaak gezocht dicthbij Limerick, probeer bij www.nixers.com en zoek onder 'languages'. Succes!
