You may have a burst ear drum.

Watch out for fluid (not blood) coming out of your ear. This could be brain fluid.

This site http://www.mdadvice.com/library/sport/sport253.html says you should go to ER.

I had this happen to me, I was hit in the head right onto my left ear HARD with a volleyball. After a few day I stopped focusing on the pain, everything was back to normal again. This is normal, and the pain and hearing loss will go away so don't worry unless you were abused in some way, then you need to talk to someone in charge or maybe a doctor (assuming you are in middle school or the sorts).

I've had this happen and I busted my ear drum. In a few days the pain will go away, but i do suggest you go to your doctor very soon.

You should get to a doctor or emergency room as soon as possible. Sounds like you've possibly broken or otherwise damaged your eardrum.
